We offer three levels of support: vendor suggestions, on-site coordination, and end-to-end wedding planning. You can choose the service that best suits your needs, depending on how much help you need with your wedding.

How much do wedding planning services at Bandhava Events cost?

Our wedding planning packages start at ₹75,000. Since every wedding has different requirements, we follow a custom pricing model rather than fixed packages. The final cost depends on the services you need, the scale of your celebration and the level of planning support required.

Can I hire Bandhava Events for only a few services?

Absolutely. You don't have to choose full wedding planning if you don't need it. We offer vendor suggestions and on-site coordination for couples and families who need support with specific parts of the planning process.

How early should we book a wedding planner?

Ideally, wedding planning should begin around 9 months before the wedding. For larger celebrations and destination weddings, we recommend starting at least 12 months in advance. This gives you more time to explore options, coordinate vendors and plan the details.

Can you work with vendors we have already booked?

Yes. If you've already booked some vendors or made arrangements, we'll discuss your existing plans and identify how we can support you within the scope of your chosen service.

Can we hire Bandhava Events if our wedding is only a month or two away?

Yes! We understand that not everyone starts planning months in advance. We also consider last-minute wedding planning requests, including weddings that are just 1.5 to 2 months away. The services we can take on will depend on your requirements, dates and our availability.
